DCI Design’s managed services offering aggregates the resources required to meet your business objectives and your clients’ needs. We perform under a service level agreement that defines consistent communication standards you can use to set expectations with your clients. Under our Managed Services agreement, we offer Project Management, Application and Development work, Multi-Media Execution and Sales Support. Customers can take advantage of this service offering at reduced hourly rates.
As Project Managers, we provide structure to the implementation of large projects. We serve as a go to resource for clients and internal staff to determine progress and resource assignment. We can be responsible for organizing and running conference calls and provide updates to projects on an as needed basis.
Our Implementation team members are responsible for the day to day modifications and additions to your eCommerce catalogs. We can serve as direct resources for your clients to request changes or can take direction from your internal staff. All DCI team members are trained in the Pageflex Studio software and hold extensive experience in both graphic design and pre-press processes. Other responsibilities include implementing websites, personalized URLs, General URLs, SMS dashboard creation, email templates and social media development.
As a Development resource, we are available to create themes in Pageflex Storefront, extend the functionality in the applications with scripting or leveraging XML services to create external functionality. In addition to application specific work our development team is available to drive integration with internal systems, client systems and develop custom applications based upon client demand.
Sales support resources are available to provide product demonstrations, architect solutions to meet client demand, write proposals and marketing/technology strategy documents and assist in deal closure. We also have training sessions designed to help your sales reps identify marketing and technology opportunities.
